My story began when I was just three years old and discovered my first self-management tool: meditation. With no guidance other than my beliefs, imagination, and the innate wisdom of my body, meditation became a transformative practice. It gave me the clarity to separate my experiences, emotions, and thoughts from my true self. Through this practice, I learned to embrace even the most difficult moments, shifting my perspective to find meaning and appreciation in every step of my journey.
My journey with personal growth took a powerful turn 28 years ago when I was mentored by Tony Robbins and Joseph McClendon III.
My journey began with a deep interest in Psychology and Communications, which soon expanded into studying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neuroscience, Neurolinguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, Mediation, Negotiation—essentially anything that could contribute to self-betterment. I’ve always allowed myself the joy of learning for the sake of learning, indulging in the endless possibilities that knowledge provides.
For me, self-work is essential—not only to lead by example but also because I thrive on challenging myself to think in new and innovative ways. This mindset carries over into my approach with clients and companies. I believe every individual and organization is unique, and it’s my mission to leverage every tool in my kit to uncover the most effective and efficient strategies to complement that uniqueness.
Even if that means recommending another person or service, my priority is always the best outcome for you.
This journey has brought me to you. Over the years, I’ve worked with a diverse group of professional actors, executives, and elite athletes across the NHL, NFL, FIFA, and PGA. Today, I’ve expanded my practice to welcome more outliers—those seeking to achieve their ultimate reality.
After 28 years in the industry, I’ve learned that true, lasting transformation doesn’t come from fleeting motivation or surface-level accountability. Instead, we go deeper. We transcend traditional goal setting. My approach is rooted in insight and creating lasting, measurable change. Together, we’ll take a deep dive into your mindset—examining your conscious and subconscious thoughts, beliefs, and core values, and understanding how they shape your emotional state and decisions.
This isn’t abstract work. Neuroscience confirms that the brain is moldable and adaptable, capable of transformation you can measure in brain scans. My work is about unlocking that potential to help you achieve unparalleled growth and excellence.
Are you ready to embrace your reality as an outlier?
